Questions and answers
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. From your account, in two clicks, without writing to anyone. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account goes back to free.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card. Payment goes through Stripe: we never see or store your card number. Prices include VAT.
What happens when the free period ends?
Nothing you need to do. We never asked for a card, so there is no charge. Your account stays free: timelapses up to 24 hours, your saved webcams and your alerts. If you want to keep Premium, choose a plan.
How do the 7-day pass and the ski season work?
They are single payments: you pay once and they do not renew. The 7 days start when you buy. The ski season runs from 1 December to 30 April, even if you buy it after the season has started. When they end, your account goes back to free by itself.
Does the launch price change after the first year?
No. As long as you stay subscribed, the yearly renewal stays at the launch price. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Within 14 days of the purchase you can withdraw without giving a reason and we refund you in full, whichever plan you chose. Just use the "Withdraw from the contract" page, linked at the bottom of every page.
